How is consulting different from Enterprise?+
Mycelium Enterprise is the product (memory layer, runtime, audit log, SLA, support). Consulting is the human work on top of the product. Enterprise customers often add Setup Package or Custom Engagement on top; some Personal or Team customers buy Setup Package without buying Enterprise.
Can I attach consulting to Personal or Team?+
Yes. Setup Package is the most common attach for Team customers who want a 30-day guided install. Custom Engagement attaches to any tier if you need a bespoke connector or integration. Strategic Advisory does not require any subscription tier.
What if my scope does not fit any tier?+
Write us at contact@mycelium-ai.co with a short brief. If it fits inside a tier with a clear edge, we route you to that tier. If it does not, we tell you honestly. We do not invent a fourth tier to fit one customer.
What is the typical timeline?+
Setup Package is 30 days from kickoff to production handoff. Custom Engagement is 30-60 days from scoping to delivery. Strategic Advisory is ongoing, capped at Adelaida's weekly hours.
Do you offer ongoing support?+
Setup Package includes 60 days of post-launch Slack support. Custom Engagement includes 30 days of post-launch support. Strategic Advisory retainer is the dedicated channel for ongoing relationships. For deeper ongoing engineering, Mycelium Enterprise SLA is the right structure.

Even Setup Package scoping calls are time-boxed paid conversations. Adelaida's hours are the bottleneck on the consulting line. A free consultation is a subsidized one paid for by the next customer's bill, which is dishonest pricing. We charge for the work and price the work fairly.
