Privacy choices and account deletion

You can ask Mycelium to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal data tied to your account. You can also withdraw optional consent. These choices apply whether you use Mycelium on the web, desktop, iPhone, or iPad.
Request account deletion
- Email privacy@mycelium-ai.co from the email address associated with your Mycelium account.
- Use the subject Delete my Mycelium account. Do not send a password, recovery code, access token, private key, or private brain content.
- We verify the request using the account identity before deleting data. If the request comes from another address, we will ask you to confirm through the account email.
- We remove the account data and connected-service tokens covered by the request within thirty days and confirm completion by email, subject to records we must retain by law or an active contract.
Deleting the mobile app does not delete your Mycelium account. Signing out removes the local session from that device but does not delete server-side account data.
Other privacy choices
- Access the personal data associated with your account.
- Correct inaccurate account information.
- Request a portable copy where applicable.
- Object to or restrict eligible processing.
- Withdraw optional consent.
- Disconnect a connected service and revoke its access token.
Send the request to privacy@mycelium-ai.co from the account email and name the choice you want to exercise.
Connected services
You can revoke a connected service directly in that provider's account settings. For Instagram or Facebook, remove Mycelium under Apps and websites or Business integrations. A deletion request also covers stored tokens and retained connected-service data tied to the verified account.
