Mycelium support is available by email for the web, desktop, iPhone, and iPad apps. Send the minimum information needed to identify the problem. Never email a password, recovery code, access token, private key, or the contents of your private brain.
Product and account support
For sign-in, membership access, workspace switching, billing-account questions, or a feature that is not working, email contact@mycelium-ai.co. Include the device type, app version, and the time the problem occurred. Screenshots are helpful only after you remove personal content and credentials.
Privacy and account deletion
For access, correction, export, consent withdrawal, or deletion requests, email privacy@mycelium-ai.co. The complete request process is on our privacy choices and account deletion page.
Security reports
Report a suspected vulnerability to security@mycelium-ai.co. Do not include customer data in the initial report. Our coordinated disclosure process is described on the security page.
